All Jacot watches are covered by an international warranty against any manufacturing
defects for the period of one year from the original date of purchase.*
Upon receipt, you may register your watch on this website in the "Register
Warranty" section.
Any maintenance, service or repairs should be made only by our authorized service
center. Any work performed on a Jacot watch by an unauthorized entity, or an alteration
to the serial number shall render this Warranty null and void.
* If the timepiece is later resold the initial warranty does not apply unless you
have a valid proof of purchase (unaltered or modified) from an authorized seller**.
This limitation does not apply if an extended warranty has been purchased. Please
